Main Duties:
- To take me out to Fishing
- To take me out to Social Activities to meet with friends or family, such as for coffee, to a pub, or a meal.
- Appointments at the Doctor or Hospital
- Personal meetings and wait until finished or return
- To assist with Personal Care when required
- These duties may vary from day to day. Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.

- Male
- Vehicle with Business Insurance must be able to transport a wheelchair (fold-up type, battery-powered, 35kg). Must have a mid-range SUV as unable to access smaller vehicles.

Summary Terms and Conditions:
You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses as part of this role. The rate of pay for this position is £14 per hour. Hours to be 10 hours a week, to be negotiated with Employer.
A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
Satisfactory passing of mandatory training care courses.
Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
