Code Red are currently working with a public sector client who is looking to appoint an ICT Solution Architect to their team.
About the role:
You’ll be driving innovation to optimize ICT solutions supporting our customer experience vision, including increasing services and convenience. You’ll design or modify solutions to address company challenges, engaging with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and customer feedback. As a member of ICT management, you’ll lead the applications team in developing and supporting solutions across multiple projects involving business applications, digital processes, and ICT business change.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver roadmaps for development, maintenance, and support of all business applications and M365 suite including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Data Verse, ensuring robust testing and deployment cycles.
- Implement change management controls and ensure a consistent approach to project delivery, including governance.
- Support and maintain integrated applications, with a good understanding of CRMs, data systems, interfaces, and digital technologies including Microsoft 365.
- Apply solution architecture and analysis skills, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Support ITIL processes and support housing-related ICT applications and users.
Qualifications:
- Project Management qualification or relevant experience.
- Management or leadership training is advantageous.
- Solution architecture or relevant accreditation is useful but not essential.
