Our Developers are software engineering experts who bring technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to our projects. They ensure that solutions meet user needs, goals, and objectives, and that any development can scale. They follow and promote software engineering best practices and work as part of a team to deliver innovative cloud-first software solutions with a focus on DevOps practices from design to production.
Hybrid working: Work locations vary between company offices, client sites, and home, but not 100% remote.
Your role
- This is a delivery-focused role working on a single client project at a time.
- Lead development and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Design solutions and configure Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including customisation where needed.
- Build solutions in an agile team using declarative tools, backed by Microsoft, and our technical accelerators, following best practices.
- Contribute ideas for improving Microsoft Business Applications capabilities and see them implemented.
Your skills and experience
- Passion for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, understanding their out-of-the-box capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK and tooling.
- Knowledge of .Net, Microsoft Dataverse Web API, and related technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of the broader Microsoft technology stack.
- Recent certifications and exams demonstrating ongoing learning.
- Interest in Azure development and integration, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Service Bus; training support available if needed.
