Are you an experienced Account Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Then this could be the perfect role for you! We are a dedicated social care charity committed to supporting adults with profound physical and learning disabilities. Our mission? To change lives, one step at a time. We believe in community, compassion, and creativity - and we're looking for someone who shares these values to join us as an Account Administrator.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
  • Providing support and guidance to colleagues on the use of finance systems and application of financial policies and procedures.
  • Completing or contributing towards projects to support the delivery of the Finance Strategy.
  • Continuously review transactional financial processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues of the wider support services teams, operational managers, employees and external third parties including individuals, their families, suppliers, funders (Local Authorities), etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • AAT Level 2 (or studying towards) or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent and highly effective communication and IT skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
