About the EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant role:
We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to help deliver a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting immediately, perfect for someone passionate about making a real difference in a child's educational journey.
As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have:
- Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in an EYFS setting.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational or childcare environment.
- A calm, nurturing, and patient approach, with a strong focus on inclusion.
- Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Two professional references - at least one from a childcare/education setting.
