Senior Associate - Employment

We are looking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic Associate to support our growing employment practice with a focus on working with respondent clients in the private sector, ranging from multinational companies to SMEs. The role will involve working with clients in connection with a wide range of employment matters, often with an international flavour. You can expect to run matters independently, or with support from a supervising partner. The role will also involve supervision of junior lawyers.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in contentious and non-contentious work, commercial awareness, and the ability to provide practical, commercial advice in a straightforward manner are essential. You should also have an enquiring mind, be attentive to detail, and have a willingness to accept new challenges. A willingness to attend marketing and social events organised by the firm or its clients or professional organisations is also required.

We\’re flexible on location and will consider candidates based from one of our regional offices in either Nottingham, Birmingham, or Manchester.
