We are working with a Leeds based business who are looking for a Business and Property Administrator. You will join a small team of 3 able and outgoing administrators to provide support to the wider team. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, this role could be perfect for you.
Overview
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
- Location: Leeds City Centre (5-Minute walk from Leeds Train Station)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break)
Your typical day:
After arriving at their centrally located office, you will start your day alongside your team by reviewing the meetings and conferences for that day and providing ongoing administrative support to the wider team, and front of house support to your visitors.
Within your typical day, you can expect to:
- Liaise with colleagues to send and track necessary documents.
- Manage diaries and coordinate with solicitors and courts.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly meeting room and conference bookings.
- Support the wider team and assist with diary and work management, fee negotiation, and billing.
What are we looking for?
- Prior experience in a similar administration role is ideal, but we are open to speaking to Graduates and Customer Service or Front of House professionals.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
