World Leading CPG company in Scarborough is hiring Assistant Compounder/ Machine Operator to join ASAP:
- Afternoon shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Pay rate: $21.26/hr plus 4% vacation pay = $22.11/hr.
- Work Location: Scarborough (Sheppard & Brimley)
Job Information:
- Support the Compounding function through various processes.
- The daily activities within the department will include equipment set-up, material handling, cleaning, and operation in accordance with GMP and Safety Procedures and Regulations.
- Preventative maintenance, inspection of equipment prior to use, reporting discrepancies.
- Preparing bulk for storage, accurately locating and relocating raw materials.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of work experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Able to do heavy lifting.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Criminal background check is required.
