The Company:
- Our client is looking to expand their existing Property Claims team to support ongoing growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Book appointments for Adjusters, including gathering all relevant information to assist on-site assessments.
- Utilize management tools to monitor performance and ensure compliance with key SLAs for suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to \βActive Drying\β protocols using project management Gantt charts to track progress and updates.
- Maintain excellent communication with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders, keeping them informed of key events and changes.
- Manage claims proactively to reduce lifecycle durations and control costs by coordinating with suppliers.
- Challenge building scope variations and record all issues systematically.
- Handle a caseload effectively to meet SLA, proactive management, and fee targets.
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Property Claims processes.
- Negotiation skills and ability to settle claims in line with TCF and client requirements.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Capability to resolve complex and difficult claims.
- Effective report writing and persuasive communication skills.
- Structured approach to work with a focus on quality.
- High standards of service delivery.
- Empathy and effective communication at all levels.
- Ability to plan and organize workload efficiently.
Technical competence and experience in handling property losses up to an agreed value are required.
