A reliable full-time live-in carer is required by an elderly client residing in Hertfordshire to help with general care duties and assist with daily living tasks. This is a temporary role and the carer will be working for around 3 months.
Working hours: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day with breaks
Duties include:
- General care duties, including ensuring medications are taken
- Assisting in dressing
- Controlling the daily routine
- Assisting in most tasks, including help with using the phone to call family/friends
- Assisting in going to the toilet
- Providing support while walking
- Helping with standing up & laying down
- Keeping the home tidy and doing laundry
- Preparing meals
The candidate must have a valid UK residence permit. The ideal start date is on the 28th of October.
