We are looking for a creative, hard-working, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation, management, and optimisation of content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This role would be well suited to someone recently qualified in this field or with 1-2 years of experience, looking for the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation: Assist in developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimised content for our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Social Media Management: Support the management and growth of our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
- Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of content marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- 2 Years of Experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management or a similar role is preferred (but not required).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
