The Role in Brief

As a Senior Data Analyst , you will support the strategic growth of high-profile clients, reporting to the Head of Data & Insight. You will work closely with data and platform teams to analyze complex reports, derive insights, and recommend actions to optimize sales and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Present data insights and recommendations to senior clients and leadership.
• Create and optimize detailed trading plans to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with data, strategy, and account teams on campaign development.
• Monitor performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Manage weekly and ad hoc reports for clients.
• Lead and mentor a junior data analyst.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, educating on data best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\’s degree in a quantitative or social science subject.
• 3-5+ years in data or digital strategy roles, preferably in retail, automotive, telecoms, or similar fast-paced industries.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
