A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest growing providers of Asset Based Lending in the UK.

They seek an experienced individual to join as an Underwriter based in their flagship office in Sussex.

The role involves performing risk assessments on prospects\’ businesses, completing credit applications in line with the company\’s credit policy, including collateral assessment, financial forecasting, and analysis of complex financial accounts.

This senior role requires liaising with the business development and risk teams to negotiate and structure complex lending transactions, ensuring effective processes are in place. The role also involves preparing legal documentation and negotiating with legal teams.

Applicants must have previous underwriting experience in a similar environment and the ability to analyze complex financial data. Strong communication skills are essential to confidently support your assessments.

The company is particularly interested in ACA-qualified candidates from industries such as Accountancy, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Services.
