We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled First Responder to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues.

We are currently recruiting for:

1. Hotel Night Porter – First impressions count for a lot, and you’ll be one of the first people some of our guests meet as a night porter at the Alton Towers Resort.
2. Lifeguard – You\’ll ensure that everyone can use the Waterpark safely and provide excellent customer care to people of all ages.
3. Hotel Porter – You\’ll be one of the first people our guests meet as a Porter at the Alton Towers Resort.
4. Receptionists – In this crucial customer-facing role, the Reception team alternate between our five Hotels.
5. Housekeeping Attendants – Responsible for ensuring that all public areas of the hotels and all 694 bedrooms are kept immaculately clean.
6. Scarefest Performer Roles – Seeking performers for our spine-tingling 2025 Scarefest Event!
7. Shows & Attractions Hosts – Passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
8. SEA LIFE Hosts – Engage with visitors and share your enthusiasm for the ocean\’s mysteries.
9. Ride Operators – Join our world-class team in one of the most thrilling environments in the UK.
10. Retail Senior Hosts – Help lead our dynamic retail team in delivering excellent service and world-class merchandise.
