The Role

Are you an experienced and innovative professional passionate about driving institutional success in international education? Join our dynamic and growing Partner Relations Team as an Associate Account Director. In this pivotal role, you will foster strategic partnerships with institutional stakeholders, advancing our mission to transform global access to education.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Partner with internal teams to achieve enrollment targets for our institutional partners.
  • Develop and Strengthen Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Expand Partnership Opportunities: Identify, prospect, and present to potential institutional partners, driving the growth of our partner network.
  • Promote Technology Solutions: Strategize and implement initiatives to showcase our platform's value, enhancing stakeholder engagement and awareness.
  • Represent the Organization: Deliver impactful presentations at national and international conferences to highlight our solutions and expand our partner base.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and partners to launch new initiatives, optimize processes, and enhance overall outcomes.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet international student enrollment goals, with a focus on improving conversion rates and maximizing program capacity.
  • Lead Contract Negotiations: Drive discussions to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Address Partner Needs: Act as the central contact for partner inquiries, effectively resolving concerns and managing escalations.

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the education sector, with expertise in recruitment, admissions, or partnership management.
  • Deep understanding and a strong network within the UK international education landscape.
  • Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and objections effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving measurable results through innovative approaches.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with the flexibility to respond to evolving priorities.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including compelling presentation abilities.
  • Solid experience in reviewing and finalizing partnership agreements.
