CNC Programmer Machinist Wallingford £55,000 You’re an experienced CNC Machinist but feeling like another number. You’re working hard but with little to no reward. You’re not feeling like your work is truly making a difference to the success of the company. Sound like you? We are currently working with a fantastic company in the Oxfordshire area who are smashing it at the moment and looking to bring in a senior CNC Machinist to join their growing business! You will be programming using Fusion 360 (Don’t worry, other software experience is acceptable) then setting up and running one of their 2 brand new state or the art 5 axis mills on Heidenhein controls. This machine shop are still in their growing stage and has a great atmosphere to it, meaning you will not just be lost in the numbers, but you will be contributing to the success of the company. There is also the potential to join as a Machine shop lead, or quickly progress into this position, where you will be acting as the main liaison between the management team and the shop floor. So what do you need? You will need to be experienced in: CAM programming up to 5 axis mills. Setting and operating 5 axis mills. Leadership/ Senior roles (Preferable)All of this sounds great, but what will you get in return? Forgetting a fantastic salary of up to £55,000, you will also benefit from up to 30 days annual leave, pension and a Monday – Friday day shift pattern.
