Earlsdon Park Village, part of the Extracare Charitable Trust, are now recruiting a Care and Support Worker to work Nights. This is domiciliary care with a difference. Everything is in one location, no travelling between jobs!
If you are an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker who is compassionate, patient and personable and looking to work Nights, we would love to hear from you.
Role: Care and Support Worker - Nights
Hours: 18 x 2 hours per week (2 x shifts per week, 9pm-7am including alternate weekends)
Salary: £11,581.00 (£12.34 per hour)
Location: Earlsdon Park Village, Albany Road, Coventry, CV5 6JQ
The successful candidate for the night post must be able to commit to working day shifts in the initial 4 weeks of employment to complete training, shadowing and observations. You will also be expected to work one day shift every 3 months. Interviews will only be offered to candidates who can commit to the days too.

As a Night Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents.
- Encourage independence and self-belief.
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification:
- Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification.
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
- Flexible with hours.
