The Role:
Hired provides careers, employability, and placement services to our students. We currently have a vacancy for an Employability Tutor supporting FE courses, specifically with the Departments of Engineering and Sustainable Construction.
You will:
- Organise placements
- Mentor students on placement
- Provide CV assistance
- Maintain databases
- Support with open days
- Effectively promote the University through a variety of mediums
- Develop strong links with UCB Schools and Departments regarding the service
- Engage directly with employers to source and develop partnership and placement opportunities
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, the ability to work with a diverse range of clients, and proficiency in administration and the use of IT.
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this application, you will possess a minimum level 3 qualification. Flexibility and a willingness to conduct placement visits off-site as required are essential.
