We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new Modern British restaurant in Central London. With a concept that balances casual yet creative lunch offerings with refined evening dining, this is a unique chance to shape an ambitious culinary vision.

The Head Chef will play a pivotal role in driving the restaurant\’s success, from menu development to leading a dedicated kitchen team. This project offers the opportunity to make a name for yourself within an exciting, stylish venue that blends elegant dining with a vibrant cocktail bar experience.

The Restaurant

1. A 60-cover dining room offering elevated Modern British cuisine.
2. A 12-15 cover private dining room for bespoke culinary experiences.
3. A lively cocktail-focused bar with seating for 30.
4. Scandinavian-inspired interiors, exuding warmth and sophistication.

What We Are Looking For

1. A talented Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
2. Proven experience in creating and executing Modern British cuisine at a high standard.
3. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a brigade of 8 chefs.
4. Strong organisational capabilities to oversee menu development, ordering, and team training.
5. Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
6. A track record of longevity and dedication in previous roles.
