The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy admin team within the Medicine Business Unit at North Tyneside General Hospital.
The successful candidate will provide transcription, administrative, and secretarial support services to the team. The post holder must be able to use their own initiative, work under pressure, keep to strict deadlines, and have excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of IT packages and applications is essential. G2 software knowledge is desirable but training will be provided. ECDL and knowledge of PAS, along with previous experience working within the healthcare environment, would be desirable.
To assist in the general efficient running of sub-speciality offices, the candidate will manage/arrange appointments, perform typing/G2 transcription, file, retrieve and store patient records, handle post, and deal with telephone enquiries.
