Personal Care Assistant required in BS16
Personal care assistant required to support a disabled woman living in Fishponds. Support required with domestic tasks around the home, driving to appointments, and personal care (as required) and support in the community.

Tasks will include:

• Cleaning tasks: such as laundry and ironing, bed change, dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, and cleaning the bathroom. Once a month deep clean of oven and kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
• Personal care: occasional support when required, remind to take daily medication / refill dosette box.
• On a Tuesday support to Slimming World, weekly support with food shopping and healthy meal prep and batch cooking.
• Once a month to support me to Westerleigh Crematorium to take flowers.

The ideal candidate will be mature in nature, able to use initiative, and able to perform tasks with limited supervision.

Work Schedule:
20 hours per week – Mornings between 9am and 1pm, although if there is an appointment in the afternoon, some flexibility will be needed. Job share for two applicants would be considered.
Car driver preferred but not essential.

The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour (statutory annual leave and NEST Pension). Role subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
