As a Care Assistant, you’ll be providing essential care and support to older adults in their homes. Your tasks will be varied and may include:
- Personal Care: Helping with daily hygiene routines, dressing, and mobility
- Meal Support: Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Medication Assistance: Helping clients manage their medications
- Companionship: Providing conversation, company, and emotional support
- Pet Care: Assisting with feeding and walking pets
- Social Outings: Supporting clients to enjoy trips, appointments, and social activities

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need formal qualifications or previous experience in care to join us – we provide all the training you’ll need. However, experience in a care setting, or a passion for supporting older people, would be beneficial. What’s most important is that you:
- Are compassionate and truly enjoy helping others
- Have a caring and respectful nature – you’ll be building meaningful relationships with your clients
- Are reliable and can commit to regular hours with a good work ethic
- Can work every other weekend as part of the role
- Are comfortable working independently, but also know when to ask for support
- Live within a reasonable distance of our office in Pewsey, SN9
About Our Area
We cover a wide geographical area including Pewsey, Devizes, Marlborough, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, and surrounding villages. Access to a car is beneficial in order to access and care for clients in our area.

Must live within a 20 mile traveling distance of SN9 Postcode. Regrettably we do not have a sponsorship license at this time. This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
