Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00), giving you more time for yourself. Your Role: Prepare and batch sauce ingredients for our award-winning meals, ensuring compliance with Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Food Safety procedures. No worries if you’re newwe provide full training! Key Responsibilities: Spot, fix, and report production issues that impact performance, quality, or safety. Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials, verifying batch numbers and shelf-life. Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place. Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications. What We Look For: Strong written, numerical, and verbal skills, with fluency in English. Ability to perform standard work at full line speed. Ownership and initiative in your role, with a can-do attitude. Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to achieving goals. Food manufacturing experience is a plus!
