Do you want to work for a prestigious SME who are going through a pivotal point in their growth strategy? I am working exclusively with my client to recruit a highly experienced Senior Logistics Co-ordinator responsible for arranging, coordinating, and tracking movements/shipments while ensuring the required legal paperwork is completed correctly, received, and saved to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations. The key responsibilities are: Planning and setting up jobs and allocating work to customers and hauliers. Uploading or creating jobs within SAP/WR1. Communicating and/or escalating issues, price changes, and surcharges appropriately and promptly. External monthly customer and supplier visits to attending meetings. Producer(monthly) and Offtake site visits(quarterly) for meetings. Attendance of vessel loadings and material inspections as and when required. Caretaking all aspects (e.g. bookings, documentation, communications, etc) of all loads on allocated routes from collection to delivery. Utilising SAP/WR1 to record all jobs, and with attention to detail, ensuring all costs and charges are correctly and accurately recorded therein.
