We are looking for a bank of staff (not carers) who can cover shifts between 8am-6pm weekdays and 8am-1pm Saturdays when needed. This is not regular work and you will not be expected to contract to specific times.
The work is fun, varied and rewarding. We are not looking for care staff but you will be expected to have the skills necessary to support our residents to maintain their independence. You’ll have great communication skills, be caring and empathetic, and enjoy working with older people.
The job involves managing the office, so you’ll need a confident manner, computer skills, and a good general level of education including great common sense.
