We are recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to join our team at Highfield Adolescent Unit at the Warneford Hospital in Oxford to manage porters and cleaners in order to ensure all service standards are met and maintained. The housekeeping team works closely with nursing staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients, as well as overseeing catering provisions. You will organise rotas, order supplies, and supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities:- Ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained at all times for both patients and staff.
- Manage a small team of Housekeeping staff.
- Order supplies via the Trust E-ordering system.
- Manage your team’s rotas and supervise staff.
- Staff training and induction.
