What We Are Looking for in Our Trades Person:
- NVQ Level 2 or above will be required for relevant trades
- Experience of working in a social housing or building maintenance environment preferred
- Comfortable with working in a social housing environment engaging with residents and representatives of Portsmouth City Council
- Organised approach to meet the demands of your workloads completing repairs effectively and timely
- Practical approach to health and safety, ensuring that you and others are safe at all times
