At Elizabeth Scarlett, we are scaling our presence in the UK and US with the ambitious goal of raising £2 Million for Wildlife Conservation by 2030. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals eager to make an extraordinary impact and help us achieve this goal.

As our Creative Strategist, you’ll be a key player on the eCommerce Team, responsible for developing and optimising full-funnel creative strategies that drive down CPA and maximise scalability. You’ll report directly to our eCommerce Director, Jonny, supported by our Marketing Director, Sophie. Your close ally will be our Performance Marketing Manager who will provide requirements and manage delivery, while you’ll focus on the creative planning and briefs, lead creative sprints and guide both internal and external creators to produce performance-driven content for paid channels and growth email campaigns.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

  • Gather Insights: From Surveys, Customer Interviews and Data — whatever you can get your hands on. By continuously searching for ideas and inspiration in tools like Foreplay and Meta Ad Library. Always be on the lookout for new ad formats, hooks, scripts and angles.
  • Run Creative Sprints: Work with our Performance Marketing Manager to define requirements and run time-limited creative sprints to produce assets for testing. Oversee the creative journey, from coordinating with our core creative team to the timely and precise delivery of content.
  • Develop and Produce Ad Briefs: Ideate, brief, and manage performance-focused creative for both internal and external production teams, including designers and freelance content creators. Craft detailed, hypothesis-led briefs, spearhead brainstorming sessions, and coordinate with creators to estimate project scopes.
  • Recruit and manage creative resources: Source other creative strategists, plus video editors, videographers, graphic and motion designers. Recruit and build relationships with on-brand creators to drive performance through uniquely differentiated content and perspectives.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Experience: 2+ years in creative strategy, ideally with a prior background in organic content or paid digital marketing within a high-growth environment.
  • Creative passion: You get excited over lighting people up, challenging ideas and providing great customer experiences.
  • Growth-Focused Mindset: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a focus on experimentation and measurable outcomes.

What we can offer you:

  • Salary with Performance-Based Bonus £50,000 - £65,000 (broad range depending on experience)
