Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? Alert Health 24 is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Workers (SWs) to join our supportive team, providing essential care in supported living establishments, residential homes and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- May need to provide personal care, including bathing, dressing and medication assistance (client dependent).
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months paid care experience in the UK.
- Proof of right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship).
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Willingness to complete any necessary training (e.g. medication training or moving & handling). All training is paid for by Alert Health 24.
- The ability to commute to various locations.
