We are seeking a skilled Translator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication across languages, ensuring the accurate and culturally sensitive transfer of information. As a Translator, you should be proficient in both the source and target languages, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and context behind the content. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the translated material maintains its original meaning and intent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content creators, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand the context and requirements for translation.
- Translate a variety of content types, including but not limited to documents, websites, applications, and marketing materials.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of terminology and style in all translated materials.
- Conduct thorough research to understand industry-specific terminology and concepts.
- Edit and proofread translated materials to ensure high quality and linguistic accuracy.
- Utilise translation memory tools and other relevant software to enhance efficiency and maintain consistency.

Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Translator or similar role.
- Proficiency in at least two languages, including the ability to translate both from and into the target language with accuracy and fluency.
- Excellent knowledge of language structure, grammar, and punctuation in both source and target languages.
- Familiarity with translation software and tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
