We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, capable of driving deals from inception through to execution. The role will include: (i) Process Coordination Coordinating internal processes and team members Dealing with investors and business owners Valuation modelling and forecasting (ii) Execution of M&A Diligence Processes Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence requests Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners during execution (iii) Preparing marketing materials (PowerPoint) Assisting in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting represented companies Company Description Anesi Advisors is a London-based boutique investment bank providing M&A advisory services to SME and lower mid-market business owners.
