Amplifi Talent is partnering with a leading healthcare group to recruit a high-calibre CFO on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving the group's continued growth and expansion, working closely with the CEO and wider Leadership Team.
This high-profile position in a fast-paced, multi-site SME requires a senior finance leader who can demonstrate first-class strategic, commercial, and operational delivery in a similar business environment. The client has set ambitious growth plans, necessitating a finance function that is prepared for now and the future.
The incoming CFO will be responsible for enhancing financial management and reporting, providing detailed data analysis and management information, leading and developing teams, and acting as a true business partner to key stakeholders and the leadership team.

- Proficiency in ERP and financial software relevant to mid-market businesses
- Track record of building best-in-class finance functions
