Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
  • Deliver applications, services, products or platforms
  • Ensures appropriate governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
  • Responsible of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
  • Communicating and negotiating effectively and credibly with our clients.
  • Driving presales and business development to expanding an existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
  • Motivating and empowering teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values.

Qualifications:

  • Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of multi-million technology programmes in the Financial Services domain.
  • Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
  • A background in technology and capable of understanding technology solutions, challenges and future opportunities.
  • Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly.
  • Strong commercial awareness with evidence of building strategic client partnership and business development.
  • Significant pre sales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
  • Evidence of building high calibre delivery teams.
