About the location: Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a stunning ballroom, 5 meeting rooms, a destination spa, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
The Bartender role: The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. We are looking for a Bartender candidate who is dedicated to creating personalised experiences and lasting memories for our guests.
The ideal Bartender will have:
- Minimum of 1 year Bartending experience
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Excellent communication and guest contact skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Passion for service
