Job title: Customer Account Coordinator Location: Bristol Salary: £30,000 Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-complex tolerance components in the Aerospace Engineering field. With extensive machining capabilities allowing this business to take on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges. The Commercial team externally and internally work between the customers and production. With regular reviews being in place this will require occasional travel within the UK and Europe. Responsibilities for the Customer Account Coordinator Communicate with customers to support and understand their requirements Maintain customer data and ensure systems are up to date Manage incoming business calls and connections to internal departments Ability to analyse potential delivery concerns from provided data Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer dates Negotiating order book changes with clients as appropriately required including price and timing Attend client meetings / progress calls Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the Customer Account Coordinator Previous Commercial experience Previous Aerospace industry experience is desirable Ability to create and maintain accurate records Good relationship building skills Strong attention to detail Well established negotiating skills
