eMigr8 is the tech-enabled platform for talent mobility, relocation & settlement. We are helping ambitious individuals relocate, integrate, and thrive in new countries, starting with tech talent navigating visa pathways like the UK Global Talent Visa, US O-1, Canada Startup Visa, and more. We believe global mobility should be accessible, transparent, and empowering, not bureaucratic, confusing, and lonely. We combine expert coaching, technology, and a growing library of tools to guide users through the legal migration and settlement process with clarity and confidence. With proven client outcomes and verified success stories, we are now looking for a commercial Co-Founder to help us scale this vision across the UK and beyond.
The Role
We’re looking for a Co-Founder who will lead our Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Investor Relations efforts. This role is ideal for someone who’s built GTM engines before or someone ready to step into their first co-founder role with real ownership. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the next phase of eMigr8 from go-to-market strategy and user acquisition to fundraising and scaling partner ecosystems. This will start as a part-time, significant equity-first role, transitioning to full-time as the company hits growth or funding milestones.
What You’ll Do
- Sales & Growth: Own early revenue growth by refining and testing acquisition strategies, closing leads, and building repeatable funnels.
- Marketing & Brand: Shape messaging and campaign strategy to drive awareness and trust across digital channels, communities, and partnerships.
- Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with immigration professionals, recruiters, tech communities, and educational institutions.
- Investor Relations: Refine the pitch, engage with angels/family offices/early funds, and help lead our next fundraising round.
- Leadership & Ops: Play a key role in building the business from hiring to process-building to scaling operations.
About You
You may be a repeat founder, GTM lead, or rising commercial generalist. You have conviction, drive, and the mindset of a builder. You’re a fit if you bring:
- Experience in sales, growth, partnerships, or startup marketing.
- Experience in SaaS. You understand the dynamics of building and scaling a SaaS platform, including user acquisition, retention, and recurring revenue models.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Exposure to fundraising or investor outreach (or deep interest).
- Empathy for migrants, underrepresented talent, or mission-driven work.
- Bonus: knowledge of tech talent ecosystems or migration/legaltech.
What We’ve Built So Far
- Real customer stories and verified success with visa pathways.
- Positive reviews on TrustPilot, Google Maps, and App Stores.
- Revenue from one-time services with a clear path to recurring value.
- A coaching network and knowledge base across global visa options.
- A growing leadership team with backgrounds in startups, GTM Strategy, legal tech, and global expansion.
- A strong supportive advisory board with deep experience in startups, SaaS, GTM strategy and global expansion.
Why Join Now
- Global talent mobility is broken, we’re fixing it with tech, coaching, and credibility.
- You'll shape the GTM playbook and own the commercial engine.
- Early traction and validation, but still very early stage, the upside is real.
- Lead the charge on turning this into a scalable, fundable SaaS + service platform.
- Significant equity-first structure, with real co-founder status and decision-making power.
- Opportunity to take a board seat and help shape company strategy and governance from the ground up.
What to Expect
We know that great partnerships are built on trust, clarity, and shared momentum. For candidates with a strong track record and clear alignment, we’re ready to move quickly to formalise a co-founder agreement with equity and ownership. Where helpful, we may explore a short collaboration or onboarding period to ensure mutual fit but this is not a requirement for the right candidate.
Interview Process
If there’s strong alignment, our process includes:
- A conversation with the founding team to explore values, fit, and shared vision.
- A strategic presentation to the leadership team (co-founders & advisory team), where you’ll outline:
- Your approach to driving growth over the next 12–18 months.
- Your vision for how eMigr8 can scale globally over the next 3–5 years.
This is designed to be a two-way dialogue. We’re just as excited to hear how you’d shape the business as we are to share where we’re headed. Interested? Let’s talk, we’re open to unconventional paths and big ambition. If you’re excited by global migration, founder ownership, and scaling something with real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.
