Position: Technical Support – Workshop Technician.

Hours Per Week: 40

Annual Salary: Β£26,000.00

We are looking for someone to join our existing workshop team within a Technical Support – Workshop Technician position. The role will suit someone who is motivated, hardworking, and committed to their professional growth and career development.

You will support the Head of Product and the wider workshop team in a variety of tasks including preparing gaming and ancillary equipment all whilst working to strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Gaming machine and ancillary equipment preparation as allocated on a weekly basis by the Technical Support Workshop Supervisor.
  • Maintain the agreed standard for gaming machine and ancillary equipment preparation.
  • To effectively communicate with all of the Gaming Support team.
  • Ensure all MARS related issues are communicated to Technical Support Workshop Supervisor.
  • To ensure quality control on the gaming machine and ancillary equipment preparation.

What you will need:

  • Preferred experience within a relevant industry.
  • Superior organisation and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Intermediate levels of computer skills.
  • Ability to learn new techniques and skills.
