Team Member – over 18 years of age position

As a 9-screen cinema in the heart of Bexleyheath, we are looking for team members to join us who want to work in cinema for years to come. We seek enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic who aim to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Applicants must be available to work during the week, on weekends, and be over 18.

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience. You will act as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting, and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in various areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn, or showing people to their seats, you and your teammates will ensure everyone enjoys a great time in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling
• Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment)
• Cleaning
• Heavy Lifting
• Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Following Policies and Procedures
• Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
