We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Your attention to detail and dedication will directly impact our guests' overall experience. The job will involve cleaning the bar areas and downstairs facilities and ensuring that all bedrooms are cleaned in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Room Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitising bathrooms, and replenishing supplies like toiletries and towels.
- Public Area Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of hotel public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Linen Handling: Change and replace bedding, towels, and other linens as required, following hotel procedures for laundry.
- Restocking: Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and glassware.
- Quality Checks: Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or special needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Safety and Sanitation: Follow all hotel safety protocols and ensure proper disposal of waste, including hazardous materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Experience: Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to move clean and dirty laundry bags to and from the hotel, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
