Job Description
- Managing purchase ledger activities.
- Processing invoices in a timely manner.
- Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Handling supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant candidate should have:
- Proven skills working in a similar role
- A good understanding of finance processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to handle supplier queries.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience using Finance Systems
