As Centre Manager, you will lead, manage, and motivate your TPS team to achieve business goals and objectives, ensuring excellent customer service, developing strategic plans, and establishing efficient processes for a successful Centre.
- Achieve Centre targets and business objectives.
- Translate overall sales targets into departmental goals and set challenging yet achievable objectives with your team.
- Motivate, recognize, and incentivize the team.
- Develop Personal Development Plans and monitor progress, providing support as needed.
