About The Role As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, partnering with those in our Interlock Model. You will define and scope learning needs aligned with Siemens strategy across all functions, acting as the main contact for L&D matters, sourcing content, leveraging best practices, and utilizing existing resources before developing new courses or programs. Responsibilities Engage with senior leaders to understand their learning needs and align them with organizational strategy. Define and scope L&D requirements, coordinating with the broader L&D team and P&O functions. Act as the primary contact for L&D-related matters, facilitating collaboration across the organization. Leverage existing content and resources to address learning needs before creating new programs. Provide guidance on L&D policies, strategies, and planning. Qualifications & Experience Experience in learning and development, especially in business partnering and requirement scoping aligned with GSCS strategy. Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with learning platforms and adult learning principles.
