Job Description
- Ensuring the quality of all artwork/products meet and/or exceed the required quality requirements and customer expectations.
- Requirement to operate various printers/plotters (Digital print machines, vinyl plotters, etc.).
- Operating software programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other creative programs.
- Maintaining, recording, and ordering sufficient studio stock levels to match and/or predict production needs.
- Maintaining/cleaning all relevant apparatus in a timely manner.
- Providing, promoting, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Provide cover/support for all roles/departments within the Company as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
- Comply with all company instructions including verbal instructions from your line manager, written memorandums, the Health & Safety Policy, and Employer Handbook.
- Effectively communicating information/techniques with colleagues to ensure product consistency (i.e., effects, colour matches, production efficiencies, etc.).
- Ensuring all production protocols and procedures are followed to ensure consistent high product quality and performance.
- Ensuring all day-to-day departmental Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Reporting all known production protocol deviations (including modified methods of production, errors, or product abnormalities) to your line manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Digital print machine operating preferred.
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Team player – must enjoy working in a team environment, with the ability to liaise with other members of the team to get a task done.
