Mobile AC Engineer – Wiltshire Location: Wiltshire (Mobile Role) Salary: £43,000 per year + Overtime Opportunities Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Call Out: 1 in 9 Holiday: 21 days, increasing to 23 after one year of service About the Role: A top-tier facilities maintenance company is looking for an experienced AC Engineer to join their dynamic team of 9 mixed-bias engineers, working on a mobile basis across Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established company, offering competitive salary and overtime opportunities. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems in various commercial settings. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct regular maintenance and service on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Respond to breakdowns and faults, ensuring fast and efficient repairs. * Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, in line with health & safety guidelines. Requirements: * Essential: F-Gas certification and NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent). * Strong knowledge of AC and refrigeration systems, with relevant experience in a facilities maintenance role. * Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. * Full UK driving license. * Must be flexible for occasional call outs, with a 1 in 9 rota.
