CSP Recruitment is looking for a Skilled Factory Operative to join a leading food production facility in Barnsley. This role is perfect for someone with experience in food manufacturing, batching, and mixing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix ingredients following recipes and manufacturing guidelines
- Conduct pre-start checks and maintain food safety standards (HACCP, Food Hygiene, GMP)
- Ensure products are labelled correctly and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
