Pay & Shift Structure

We offer a guaranteed shift allowance for those who commit to full shifts, regardless of the number of client visits.

8-Hour Shift (7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM)

• £112 per weekday shift
• £120 per weekend shift
• Mileage paid in addition to shift allowance

7-Hour Shift (7 AM – 2 PM or 4 PM – 11 PM)

• £98 per weekday shift
• £105 per weekend shift
• Mileage paid in addition to shift allowance

6-Hour Shift (7 AM – 1 PM or 5 PM – 11 PM)

• £84 per weekday shift
• £90 per weekend shift
• Mileage paid in addition to shift allowance

Full-Time Salaries

• 5 shifts per week (8-hour shifts) → £29,952.00 per year
• 6 shifts per week (8-hour shifts) → £35,776.00 per year
• 5 shifts per week (7-hour shifts) → £26,208.00 per year
• 6 shifts per week (7-hour shifts) → £31,304.00 per year
• 5 shifts per week (6-hour shifts) → £22,152.00 per year
• 6 shifts per week (6-hour shifts) → £26,520.00 per year

Part-Time Salaries (Weekend Availability Required)

• 3 shifts per week (8-hour shifts) → £18,304.00 per year
• 3 shifts per week (7-hour shifts) → £16,016.00 per year
• 3 shifts per week (6-hour shifts) → £13,728.00 per year

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant, you will:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients.
• Follow your assigned rota, ensuring reliability and consistency for clients.
• Support individuals with medication management, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with washing, dressing, and continence care.
• Accompany clients to community centres, shops, family, and friends.
• Attend medical appointments and support clients with their health needs.
• Carry out household tasks such as cleaning and tidying.

What We’re Looking For

We need compassionate, professional, and adaptable individuals who:

• Can commit to full shifts (7 AM – 2 PM / 4 PM – 11 PM OR 7 AM – 3 PM / 3 PM – 11 PM).
• Are reliable and willing to work flexibly, including weekends.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.
• Are experienced in domiciliary care.
• Are dedicated to providing outstanding care.
