Frazer-Nash Consultancy, a leading systems, engineering, and technology consultancy, is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Excellence to lead a broad portfolio of business-critical functions and manage continuous improvement across our organisation. This pivotal leadership role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with high visibility across our Senior Leadership Team and our parent company, KBR.
Location: Leatherhead, Bristol, Glasgow, Burton on Trent, Gloucester, Manchester, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Dorchester, Middlesborough (flexible hybrid working, with time split between the office and working from home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, coordinate, and oversee various business functions aligned with company strategy and growth objectives.
- Manage strategic planning, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Line manage functional leads across Business Excellence, including Assurance, Continuity, Risk, BES, Facilities, and Trade Compliance.
- Advise the COO and SLT to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Foster cooperation with stakeholders between Frazer-Nash and KBR to promote corporate strategies.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, inclusion, and career development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Chartered status in a recognized professional institute.
- Extensive knowledge of business assurance, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
- Experience in senior management roles, especially across diverse locations or consulting environments.
- Ability to implement change and improve systems within complex organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as needed.
