This company is seeking a motivated and passionate Project Management Officer to join their manufacturing engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organization, primarily within the wide body manufacturing engineering area. You will promote best practices in project management by coaching teams, conducting awareness sessions, and challenging project leaders when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Support projects with strong Project Management expertise, ensuring appropriate structure, governance, and practices are applied.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing project leaders and the project organization daily.
- Shape methods and tools according to PM standards to meet project needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder management, aligning activities with interfacing projects and operations.
- Promote Agile methodologies and act as Scrum Master for project activities when needed.
- Establish comprehensive project plans and manage changes against the initial baseline.
- Identify Earned Value Management (EVM) milestones and critical project paths.
- Monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide regular and clear project reports across all phases.
- Lead Risk & Opportunity Management processes in line with the existing plan.
