What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with bookings and enquiries
- Handle cash and card transactions, balancing payments daily
- Manage phone calls and direct queries efficiently
- Issue equipment and tickets for sports activities & events
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming reception experience for all visitors
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: 3 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, plus a BTEC in Business Admin/Customer Service (or willingness to train)
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service & IT skills
- Experience: Cash handling & working in a busy environment (desirable)
