Job Purpose

Provide excellent customer care in all care pathways being utilised in the store and support the optometrist in diagnostic and technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear explanations of appointments to customers
• Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory rules
• Complete required diagnostics, adhering to IPC and PPE guidelines
• Perform equipment setup and technical tasks as delegated
• Carry out diagnostic and pre-assessment procedures under supervision of the optometrist
• Capture digital imaging and OCT scans
• Conduct visual field testing following the optometrist’s instructions

Essential Skills

• Excellent customer communication skills
• Confidence to seek guidance and support when needed
